Do you offer same-day services?
We do! However, it is based on availability. We recommend booking your request in advance, when possible.
Is there a minimum service time?
Yes, we have a one-hour minimum per service. Good news though! All new customers receive their first hour FREE with any booking of 2 or more hours.
Are your services insured?
Absolutely! We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson Counties. Services provided outside of these areas incur a $0.10 per mile fee.
How do I pay for services?
When you call to book any service with Powered By Monie, we create a customer profile that includes a credit card to hold on file. All customers are emailed an invoice, which are paid prior to the start of your service. We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp.
Do you charge a mileage fee?
Only for errands or deliveries beyond a 15-mile radius of Downtown Greenville. The rate is $0.50/mile beyond that zone.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things come up and are happy to accommodate where we can! There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your service up to 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Otherwise, the cancellation fee is $25 (1-hour service rate).
Who will be handling my services?
Tasks are handled directly by Szymon “Monie” Wierzbicki or a fully vetted member of our team — never a random contractor or app worker.
Do you handle sensitive or value items?
Yes, with great care! While we’re insured, we recommend discussing any high-value deliveries with us ahead of time for special handling.

Not at all! We offer flexible options — one-time, weekly, or monthly. No contracts, just the help you need when you need it. And, seniors and veterans receive 10% OFF services always.
What kinds of senior care services do you offer?
We offer transportation to appointments, grocery runs, prescription pickups, companionship visits, and even light home tasks like organizing or reminders to take medication.
Can you check in on my elderly family member when I'm on vacation or out of town?
Absolutely! We offer wellness check-ins and companionship visits to make sure your loved one is safe, supported, and never feels alone.
Is your team qualified to care for seniors?
While we are not home health aids or nurses and do not provide medical or personal care services, we do offer support for errands, deliveries, and social visits. We are background-checked, patient, and here to support the physical and emotional needs of older adults with respect and care. It’s the little things that help your elder’s life feel that much easier, whether you have a current home health aid or not.
Do you offer help with VA forms and paperwork?
